Basesixty Ltd was formed by Carl W Miller MRICS. Carl is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Pyramus and Thisbe Society. He has over 15 years of experience as a Building Surveyor and earlier experience in the Geomatics industry. Carl learned his trade with a top UK national firm of surveyors, providing the full spectrum of building surveying services; including framework contracts with local authorities and national network providers. He spent 5 years working with a London centric Quantity Surveying partnership focused on Project Management and Party Wall surveying roles in the city; and a further 4 years working directly for a commercial Landlord and Developer helping him understand what clients really value. This wealth of experience provides the perfect foundations for building Basesixty Ltd.
